‘Radiant skin with nutrition’

Areas of interest

Skin health

Skin conditions like eczema, acne, psoriasis and rosacea are the 4th most common
human illness. However, most people do not seek professional help and live with the
condition for many years. By adjusting diet and lifestyle we can re-balance the delicate
equilibrium between the skin and the rest of the body.
Reproductive health

Reproductive health

Nutrition provides a gentler approach to improving hormonal balances in both males
and females. Nutrition and lifestyle changes can often help with sperm disorders,
infertility, low libido, PCOS, PMS, endometriosis and more.
Weight loss

Weight management

Despite what you’ve been told, weight management is not just a matter of willpower or
calories restriction. There are many factors that can influence weight and a personalised
approach may be what you’re missing in experiencing the results you’re looking for.

Blood sugar management

Simple and effective dietary changes can positively support blood sugar management. You are in safe hands; Elle is currently undertaking the Cambridge Diabetes Education Program (CDEP) for healthcare professionals and can work with your doctor to achieve a healthy blood sugar level.

Gut health

The digestive system is very complex, and when it’s not functioning properly it can affect
both your physical and psychological health. Common symptoms include bloating,
indigestion, IBS, heartburn, food intolerances, H.Pylori and intestinal permeability
dysfunction. Nutrition can play an integral role in improving your gut health.
Healthy aging

Autoimmune support

As someone living with an autoimmune condition, I understand that the unpredictable nature of these conditions can be scary. Nutrition helped me take back control over my life that I thought I lost after the diagnosis. I know what you are going through, let’s walk this journey together.

Elle Rizzo NT, DipNAT, mBANT

Elle is a registered nutritional therapist, naturopath and health coach, graduated at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Her areas of interest are skin health, gut disorders, female health, autoimmune conditions and weight management.

After witnessing the pain and frustration of a close family member that suffered from psoriasis and another with long standing digestive issues, Elle began her journey to becoming a nutritional therapist. Elle also experienced digestive, autoimmune and skin disorders that seemed impossible to solve. However, after seeing how her conditions improved with nutritional adjustments, she became motivated to share the power of nutrition with the world. Throughout this journey, Elle has witnessed, first-hand, how nutrition and lifestyle changes can have a monumental impact on the health and wellbeing of the people she helps.

Elle is a naturopathic nutritionist, which means she approaches nutrition from the perspective that the body has an innate power to heal itself and support vibrant health. She also follows a functional medicine method that looks at all the body systems holistically to identify the root cause of disease. These combined techniques allow her to support her client’s needs through personalised nutritional and lifestyle suggestions, using food as medicine.

Elle is a member of the British Association of Nutritional therapists (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She likes to keep up to date with the latest research and is now undertaking an additional training on autoimmune conditions with the Kharrazian Institute and Cogence immunology.

If you’re ready to take charge of your health, Elle is here to help you, every step of the way.
